They say scrap things are useless, its either you will throw it away or keep it for future use.
Hello crafters, beyond bless that I am one of you here patiently crafting and sharing things across the globe. Pretty sure that all the things we shared is useful in the future.
Today, I will not be making a tutorial how I made this thing up ,but I will share how I come up this craft, maybe in my next blog I will published some tutorials about this for you to have a idea for your next craft or even if you are just starting like me .
Lately, I'm struggling creating things that is characters its amigurumi and splashes. One thing I don't have is not enough materials for this craft but in my mind I wanted to make though as per request with my classmates if I can make her favorite character in manga books (Pun-pun ) the suicidal character in manga reading materials.
Since I have this scrap yarn at home and only color white and black is dominant most of my scrap yarn so I decided to I come up the idea to re-use them and turns into something new.
Looking to her inspiration,I encountered some difficulties every steps but then as a Crafter you have to figure out something jus to make how it is .
Just like this I've started to shape the head in small size or normal size for small toys ,then trying to figure out for it's neck to look exactly a human neck,then looking back for the inspo how it's body look like .Making similar to the end of the body just like a flower and so I did.
Creating your own pattern is really hard because your like just studying a lesson and your trying your best to figure out something, that is how I feel very chain that I create .
Exciting part making it's legs a long straight legs . I repeat this pattern for 10x because at first it seems so big and not fit for the body size in other words not exactly how its gonna be.
Look at the difference from big to tiny little legs.
Most challenging,making the pointed nose and round black eyes. I repeat the process for 4x . Hard to make replica of pointed nose and in order to achieve that you have to repeat the process until I satisfied.
Lastly,the scarf the easiest part , combining the black and white colors
What a beautiful creation,never been thought from scrap turns into useful especially for thos who love amiguromi and splashes toys.Even myself can't imagine I made this toy out of scrap yarn available at home ,if you could only see behind that toy you see a lot of endless cut of yarns and its kind of conflict things trying to fit in the line of chain.
Here's the final output that we made from scrap into amiguromi splashes.
Note: this is not a tutorial I'm just expressing how things turns out into life ,from scarp to useful things, maybe next time I will share the pattern about this toy .
