My Entry for Color Challenge Wednesday - Yellow

This is a yellow papaya fruit, it was given to me yesterday by my uncle.

Medium: OPPO A83

At first glance i did not believe to him that is was a papaya because it looks more like a yellow coconut fruit due to its size and color, so i decided to grab it and take a closer look, originally it was picked and comes from my uncle's backyard garden.

Did you know?

Papayas contain an enzyme called papain that aids digestion, in fact, it can be used as a meat tenderizer. It is also high in fiber and water content, both of which help to prevent constipation and promote regularity and a healthy digestive tract.
