What an exciting first week on Steem! I've gotten familiar with the platform, had some great interaction, followed some very interesting people, acquired almost 50 followers, raised my reputation from 25 to 45, and played around a bit on chainBB! Perhaps most excitingly, when I got home today, I was treated to my very fitst Steem rewards!
I earned a whopping .087 SBD and .039 SP! :D Big things have to start small, right? ;) As this was my first redemption, I was curious to see what it would do to the value of my account, which as you can see sat at $13.03...
After redeeming them, my account value rose to $13.21! Which was more than the $13.16 I was expecting ($13.03 + .087 + .039)!
So now the question is what's the best thing to do with my Steem Dollars? I see if convert them to Steem in my wallet, it's a 3.5 day process, but I could do it real-time on the Steem Market. My plan is to save the Steem I acquire within my account, so what's the best course of action?
