*disclaimer: I no longer use this setup. The individual that I bought it from was dishonest with me, which I later found out. He had lest the whole setup out in the rain to rot, so the speed bag was busted, the heavy bag was wet and contents rotting inside, and the speed bag platform was ruined by water. As of now, I would not buy this piece of equipment. If you bought new, and were a small person (I'm 6'2" and 225lbs), I would recommend.
