Health Is Wealth
It is good to spend what you have on your health as this is the only way to make headway towards having a good living.
Manuel is a man who loves his work more than himself. While working, he always saves leaving hygiene behind. He has a brother who always goes to work but comes back every weekend. Manuel's elder brother's name is Isaac. Isaac went to work and was very happy because anytime he is coming home, he does buy goods and foodstuffs because he is the type who does not joke with his health and stomach.
Manuel on the other hand does not love spending his money on his food instead loves keeping his money where no one knows. He always depends on his brother before he can be able to eat or buy himself drugs to kill pains after hard work. Isaac is supposed to come back home one fateful weekend and foodstuffs are no longer in the house. Manuel began to expect his brother to come home and kept on calling to know if he will.be bringing home with him some food items, but Isaac's phone was not going through. Manuel could not just try to buy something to eat instead remains in hungry. The only good he did to himself was to go out to get himself a small loaf of bread which cannot satisfy a five years old baby.
After two weeks, his brother, Isaac, came back home with hands full of foodstuffs. Manuel only managed to eat premature food during his brother's absence. When his brother came home, he began to talk sense out of his elder brother about his way of feeding. Isaac told his brother "do you want to carry your money to heaven? Don't you know that health is wealth? If you don't want to spend the one you have, who else will spend it? You have this money but cannot take care of yourself. If not for me, it means you will not be able to eat good food. Good food is good for your body and your health. If you don't eat, then you will be prone to having sickness all the time." Manuel replied to his brother that "I have heard you, I will try as much as I can to eat good food. I have been thinking of it since all these while that if not you, then it wouldn't have been so easy for me."
After two weeks, Isaac came back again as usual from his workplace place and discovered that the foodstuffs were finished. He was so furious and told his brother that he is not going to buy foodstuffs any longer. He also told his brother to live his life any way he wants to live it as he has his own life to live and cannot live someone else's life.
One fateful day, Manuel had to go to work but later came back sick. He did not tell anyone he was ill but kept it within him. He has been managing himself to work since all this while and has been managing the sickness within him. While his brother was at work, he decided to take a medication but a quick one. This means he hated himself to the brim for not taking good care of himself. He became dried up thinking that he was short of blood not until his brother, Isaac came back home. It was not time for him to come back home but something just told him to come home. So, he met his brother Manuel who was seriously ill and took him to the hospital. He took care of him and bought him the necessary things required. After several tests, it was confirmed that Manuel was not eating properly.
When they got home, Isaac told his brother to always buy food and eat good food and also told him that health is wealth as he can see what should have happened to him. Since that day, he became grounded in eating good food and also spending his money especially to buy foodstuffs.
No matter what, always eat good food as this can make you look healthy. Looking for money is good but finding time to take good care of yourself is better.
