Firstly - a huge thank you to all the participants in this competition. You have delighted us with your entries and many of your recipes really deserve a "myturn".
So, we're more than half way into our 2nd week - the three-ingredient recipes. Sometimes less is more difficult and it's great to see the thought that has gone into your entries.
We changed the format of the headings to read Cook with Us #2 - followed by the name of your dish i.e. Spaghetti and Meatballs. Some are following the first format with the Month and others are naming the theme. Not a train smash - we'll get used to it somehow. It just makes for easier reading when we are judging to see the name of the dish in the heading.
Also, let us have your thoughts on the proof photograph. We see some are using a photoshop add - which is not a true proof photo - and others simply forget. We've all been in the situation where we forget the proof photo and only remember when we've eaten the dish already. Perhaps it would be good to send a proof photograph for the first time you enter this competition and then once we know who you are we can let it go? Thoughts please, as we want to make this a competition that you really enjoy and don't have to stress about. It's been fun and we want to keep it that way.
