I have experience with mining bitcoin not with the s7 or s9 though, I was mining bitcoin with the s1 and then s5 from 2014-2017 and made a very nice amount of bitcoin. I wouldn't use an s7 as the watt/gh

Interesting video but as as someone who has been mining crypto since 2013 . you didnt adjust your watts in the video and efficiency is key when mining ( watts per m/h) also you wont be able to run 50 cards

As a long time home miner I would suggest the rx470 series gpu. Assuming you want to just get mining right away I would also suggest using either MinerGate or NiceHash both are very simple to get you started
