After the advance of a couple of hours on the line of destination, we noticed an unexpected change difficult to ignore, it was that the vegetation had undergone a radical alteration in its appearance, the earth had become very dry, the mountain pale and almost there were no trees, it seemed that he did not inhabit any form of life. There were no insects, birds or reptiles, everything was very desolate, the only thing that was heard was the sound of the wind, it stayed that way for a long time until we went into another new facet.
This time it seemed to be more wooded, the trees began to abound, I could say that easily exceeded thirty (30) meters in height, the crashing set of branches covered us opportunely of the incessant solar rays, the green color again the typical pigmentation of the plants, which made me think how unpredictable and versatile nature can be, that if it were by nature, it would surely speak to us saying that "from time immemorial", "before the beginning of history", "it takes a longevity of years "," going through terrible challenges "and even then" life prevails inside ".
Later we reached the entrance of the place that caused the undesirable hours of terror, it was the aforementioned "Spanish ruins", the "guide" stops and says the following words "what do you think if we went to visit them", the answer of almost everyone was instantaneous, the resounding "no" was what prevailed, nobody agreed, it did not seem like a good idea after what we had gone through, the decision of the majority was respected, but in truth I would have liked to go, It was something we had in common. Then we continued and Mother Earth returned to do their own to continue surprising us, it was a peculiarly "stone", its location point seemed to be a complete joke, it is as if they had put it there so that somehow it was appreciated, but because of its size I do not think it would be possible, it also gave the impression that it would fall on you very abruptly if you dared to pass, and if you did not want to do it, you were forced to take the road back and the I really do not think anyone would consider that option for a second, our goal was ahead, we had to go through and we did.
A few steps from the progress, we found several honeycombs that I never imagined I could see, their abnormal size could not be compared with those normally seen in the city, for a moment I thought that nature was putting obstacles, obstacles or maybe we I noticed something that was later. Suddenly, the sound of the water caressed our ears, I could hear its refreshing sound in the distance, it was like receiving the only good news, everyone cheered and celebrated saying "we are already near the river", we followed and we were able to see the sacred elixir of life, I remember that you had to apply jumps from stone to stone to get back to the mainland, that was another level there.
The road had become a little more difficult, it was not just a matter of going up and moving forward, now it was necessary to fine-tune the senses, in several places, you had to hold on to trees and branches to avoid falling victim, small descents were incorporated , the river made the earth slippery, later we found another crossroads, whose sight caused me a lot of fear, the immense amount of water that ran made me think that if for some reason it fell, it would surely take me, so We had to be very careful.
Between crosses, jumps, climbs and descents, we found something that achieved what nothing we had seen before one way or another had tried, "we had to stop", it turns out that nothing more and nothing less was passing through an imposing "snake", what automatically reminded me of the warning that the gentleman of the "stable" told us, we had no choice but to try to move it with the touch of some branches and wait for it to go among the bushes.
Followed by a few minutes the "guide" tells us that in less than twenty (20) minutes we will be reaching the point of arrival, which deducted would be the second viewpoint, at that time I thought it would be a good opportunity to interact with nature for me mind, I went ahead and told them "I'll be ahead". There I observed a vast amount of moderately thin trees, bamboo type, which served me a lot of support in the cases of descents, I could say that I had about five (5) minutes ahead of the group. My goal was to find a moment of personal connection with Mother Earth, feel her energy and her uninterrupted state of peace, make me think that she gives gifts to those who truly find her.
