After the murder of American Army officer Taylor Force last year, the US congress realized that the PA was paying terrorists or their families a salary with a sliding scale based on the degree of violence committed by a given attacker. So far this year alone, they paid out about $355 million USD to terrorist families.
Today, the US House of Representatives passed a law, The Taylor Force Act, limiting funding to the PA unless they stop this offensive incitement program. Excluded from being limited are monies for medical, water, etc., services. The law is expected to be approved by the US Senate as well.
