Council ended before the hour and 4 minutes were wasted at the start. The GU team spent a lot of time talking about stuff that wasn't on the Agenda and although relevant and interesting, could have been communicated in an announcement, blog or Reddit post. We already have so little time for this, and still so much time is being wasted. I would like to see CoM meetings go for 1h30m and start on time. People are recording, the team is recording, there is no need to wait for an audience.

Hello everyone, Gods Unchained recently hosted something that is pretty unique and never seen before to the game. It is a 4 weeks event, where each week you have a certain quest that you can play on your daily play 2 earn games, and depending on what rank you end up at the end of the week you get a certain reward! Now this is the very first time I experience such event, and I am pretty sure a lot of other people do, but it can make the game a little bit more interesting for those couple of weeks to say the least and add a little spice to it!

I realized that there may be a lot of newcomers that are joining Gods Unchained during this period of time, so I thought it would be good to make a starter guide about deckbuilding. I’m not going to claim I’m the best at deckbuilding but I truly enjoy the process, and I’ve been known to play all the Gods and try to come up with cheap and effective decks for them. The first series I made was about Free to Play decks that could get Legendary Packs on the weekends at the highest rank with all the Gods, and second was about Only Using Welcome and Core Cards at that level. My last series was building decks with all the Tribes in the game which I thought was really fun.

I know some of you missed me because the last couple of days I was inactive on Hive and I also believe that the majority didn't even notice that I wasn't so active but either way I'm back. I wish that I would get back with happier news but things are not going so well at GU, I don't believe that everything about the last event was terrible but the performance of my deck and the alternatives that I created were not satisfying at all. The sad part is that the deck is not so bad, but to sustain at the higher ranks, it needs cards that cost way too much right now! I don't know if this could be my last post about this Light deck because I've seen far more flexible decks at more or less the same amount of money. The goal for all my articles that I post here in the #Godsonchain community is to find low-budget decks that could help you climb up the ladder and even sustain at playing in Mythic. Until now this Light deck did that pretty well but in this current meta, I am not so sure about it. So let's review what happened during the past weekend and after that, I will wait for your comments below because I really want your feedback this time.

I thought I would use this post to take a look at the revamped or reworked Community Quest. This time slightly reworked and dubbed Community Contest. In it, I will go over my reasons for why I think it is flawed and probably never should have left the idea stage.

I have been around since the Genesis days, and interchangeable cardbacks were something that was promised 4 years ago. It took a LONG ass time to deliver on that promise but it's FINALLY here! (kinda!)

CoM is cool, will continue. Stuff is being done, stuff takes time; Wrapping up this development cycle, kind of waiting for upcoming meetings to decide what will be prioritized for the next cycle, so no commitments on new stuff or implementing previously discussed / accepted improvements.

Hello everyone, So last week I wanted to try and test out some old cards that were being used before in old control magic decks and see if they still give good value or not, so I made a control magic deck and added 3 old cards that we do not see very often now, and I was able to overall get 11/18 wins that week which is pretty good!

It has been a while since I started to ponder the contents of the LEVEL 100 PACK. Since then after I finish the ten games of Daily Play & Earn I still play two to three ranked games just to quickly get to level 100. Three days ago I was very excited because I will be able to get to level 100 just by playing the daily play & earn and seeing what was inside the level 100 pack.
