LVL.2 Tier 0 (Create light) Creates a ball of light that follows only the creater. The light can brighten whats around you by 20m. The ball of light only has 1-hp and cannot attack.

LVL.2 Tier 1 (Water torpedo) Hurls a strongly pressurized jet of water to the enemy Deals 17-hp takes 10-sec to cast but if there is a lake or pond(big enough body of water) it will only take 2-sec to cast instead.
