Hahaha, well-played! Thank you sir, someone needs to plant the seed in me that'll make words grow on the computer screen lol. Always appreciate your input!

Thank you! Hope it can work for you like it has for me.

Absolutely! I think as we get older, this is one of the best ways to continually stay active. The gardening/housework pays huge dividends for your physical health as we age.

Hahaha it's definitely a love/hate relationship! So rough during, so good after. Mental stamina is a great way to put it too, half of the reason why exercising is so important in my opinion.

Never heard of this, really cool. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you guys! By far my favorite community on Hive.

Little did you know, your quarantine thanks to me back then would just be to prepare for the big one!

Yes to everything! SO much benefit to having access to them; from health to writing to connection, there's an insane amount of ways that they can help us and our happiness. Like you said, all about integration

This is definitely true. As a fitness instructor, I can say that I'd rather have my students doing them on their knees correctly than trying to do something that may end up hurting them in the long run

Always the silver lining of off-days/injuries, so much more time all of a sudden! Hope you're able to relish it. Good luck on the first run back!

Man, sometimes the hardest part is easing up on the gas, even when you wanna put the pedal to the metal. Glad you're going about it wisely. Hope it's feeling better by now!

More please! This is so cool.

Best hug I've gotten in a long time!

Well done! Those variations take a seriously strong core.

Thank you so much!

I would have never thought to include chickpeas with dessert. How could I have been so naive? This looks amazing!

Just keep writing! That's all I ask.

My goodness. These look FANTASTIC. I'm gonna try them tomorrow!

Love you too, just hoping to leave a mark! We also got word today we may be able to have the donation matched by at least one or multiple organizations. Just unbelievable.

Appreciate it man! The cause is what kept me pushing. No way I woulda finished without it.
