Welcome to the another round of our Weekly Spotlight, where we shine a big, bright light on the funniest submissions from the community!
This spotlight is our way of celebrating those comedy gems that made us snort, giggle, choke on our coffee, or literally LOL in public (yes, we’ve all been there). Like I said, the spotlight is to showcase the most funny post for the week, it might come from our weekly prompt, or random post in the community, so come make the most funny posts you can.
Some weeks, we might only have one spotlight post. Other weeks, we might have ten! It all depends on how funny the submissions are, not kinda funny or I smiled internally funny, but bust-a-gut, tears-down-your-face funny, Yes that kind of funny gets the spotlight.

Way back when we were growing up, we were told that whenever you say with your mouth or imagine in your mind that a tomb or casket is beautiful, it means death will come your way very soon. Yeah, this wasn’t just a belief told to scare us, but it felt practically real because, oftentimes, I heard my dad, after they were done with a burial ceremony, rating the beauty of the casket used. At the end, everyone around, including him, would spit and say “God forbid” as a way of rejecting the death associated with caskets, whether beautiful or ugly...
