Ever get so high it takes your breath away? Rocky Mountain National Park is one of those places, if the scenery doesn't take your breath away the elevation sure will. Longs Peak, pictured above, is the

Life is strange. Not complaining, that's what keeps it interesting. Bunted on the covid curveball recently but all I got out of it was a lingering sense of vertigo. It's kind of like being a teenager

This beer flu must have been skunked, it don't taste right. All I got out of it was the chills and a complete lack of enthusiasm. The chills are gone and my energy seems to be coming back, so I'm calling

"When the people are being beaten with a stick, they are not much happier if it is called "the People's Stick"." --Mikhail Bakunin Calling Venezuela, anybody got your ears on? Y'all

Life is funny sometimes. With the right sense of humor it's funny all the time. The pandemic was supposed to have ended long ago but covid only got around to rearing its ugly head here this week. Yesterday

Growing up, I was never much impressed with parks, they just seemed a pale imitation of what I had out my front and back doors. After living in the city for many years that still hasn't changed, but I

Seems kind of wild to me that well over six years have passed since I started posting on here. In that time we've come a long ways from the bidbot and single image post days, can't say that I much miss

Louisville has three ends. There's the East End, where the white people fled to with the official "end" to segregation. Then there's the much maligned and neglected West End, which the East Enders

Sundays are always good days for shooting Speed. Plus the Speed is free on Sundays, so how can you say no to that? We weren't here just to shoot the Speed though, we were here to get obliterated.

May you live in interesting times. Got us a proper plot twist this evening, but before that it was just a nice, normal, hot Saturday. Had to go parking, or at least mosey down to Iroquois Park. The South

It's plot twist season y'all! Everyone's favorite reality TV show, Election! is in full swing and the contestants are babbling furiously for the salvage rights to the ship of state. So glad I don't watch

Don't let the title fool you, the real fun was in the shade but that didn't rhyme. Moseyed our way down to Cave Run Lake in eastern Kentucky this past weekend for a little R&R. The world may be going
