Removed Stock-to-Flow metric because:
● The "white space" (the area between the price line and the 463 moving average line) becomes less and less with each subsequent bull run.
● Inconsistent distances from where the trend line changes (shorter than trend line change in 2013 and longer in 2017)
Added new metric "Halving-to-Peak":
● Takes distance from 2013 halving to peak
and 2017 halving to peak and forms a multiplier which is then extrapolated into the future for the next halving-to-peak cycle.
