Hey guys! It is Coleman again. I hope you all are doing fine. If so, glory to God.
All skaters can agree with me that skating is one of the most fun and effective way of performing sports. You can agree with me that Skating can be seen as an exercise that stretches almost every muscle in the body.
According to some scientific facts, it’s said that skating improves flexibility, and increases cardiovascular health with the aid of the combined movement of both hands and legs.
It is also said that skating is an efficient way of burning calories (the fact it is said that in an hour you can burn up to 600 calories by gliding. It’s also said that skating raises your heart rate in 30 minutes to 148 beats per minute and enhances the free flow of blood). So if you want to reduce your size you can consider taking skate classes or getting your children into skate classes for the sake of fitness but also consider that some injuries might be involved.

During my time while learning how to skate, although I started skating at a very early age at age 6 with no one teaching me. But I learned it. At first, I started with a two-tire skate which technically was ridden by raising my front feet in other for my body weight to rest on my heels.
After knowing how to use it I graduated to using a rollers blade. So technically because of the experience I had with the two tire skates, I was able to control myself using the rollers blade and with time became good.

So what am trying to say is that even if you don’t want to put your children in skate classes you can consider buying some kind of two-tire skate for kids to learn naturally because of the fact being safer than the rollerblades with time they upgraded to using the blade.
Generally, I think skate is a very cool sport and I will keep on with it.
