Not been to Umbertos. We went to Ryan's Steakhouse & Buffet and it was the most loaded buffet I've seen at a Ryan's. They've all shut down here. I don't think there's any in Middle or Eastern TN

This is from 2 or 3 years ago an i dont think it rained but it was cold. It was low to mid 60s. I think the warmest it got was 68 an thats chilly with that ocean breeze but there were people in the pool

I couldn't handle that. Those bones are way too fine. My grandpa and uncles have always filleted them. Me? Nope. Nope andddddd NOPE. I'll help catch them but I don't want any part of trying to clean them.

It was good. My uncle deep fried the fish and it was filleted so that there weren't any bones.

I'm not even sure I can find goat cheese here, maybe in Nashville at World Market but that's 2 hours away. I bet honey would be good though. Never had thought of that either. :)

Strawberries are just now ripening and becoming available here in Tennessee. We put sugar on them also, but have never heard of the goat cheese and basil.

Yes it is. I live in a town of less than 1,000 people but can sell my wares all the way around the globe. I can make as much or more money as most local government officials and the better paying jobs
