I have to go with my daughter every month to a mall, because she wanted to play some games out there. And there are 3-4 malls near to my place and thus I have got the cards of these playzones. Whenever I go to these malls, I see 100s of kids out there playing some or the other games. And it's not about only the weekends, I have seen kids going there all week mostly in the evening on the weekends.

And that's why this business is quite popular now a days. They are also marketing it as a birthday venue. So if someone wants to celebrate kids birthday they can use that venue also, so overall it's a win-win situation for the business owners. And they usually try to do somethings extra too. For example, in LULU Mall in Bangalore they have games from kids to adults and thus not only the kids, the Youngs and adults also go there for playing games.
They always come up with some or the other new games, like a VR game which is a hit among everyone. Like a bike ride using the VR and thus it will feel like a real bike racing. And thus a lot of people try to experience it. The games are not that expensive like, one game is around Rs 60 to Rs 100 which is quite good. Along with that they give heavy discounts when you try to get the initial money loaded. More money you will load, more money you will get in the card which you can use to play more games.
And that's why this recreational Business is growing like anything. Now all the new malls have these game corner along with that there are some places where there is just for the games. There is a Capex requirement for this business, but in the long run it gives quite a good profit.
