Today we have so many investment opportunities in front of us whether it is Crypto, Stocks, Fixed Deposit, Real Estate etc and there is risk in each and every investment. But from my personal experience investing in real estate always remains in profit. Now some real estate property appreciates in a short time whereas some take years to give its profit but again it never goes waste.

Actually in India, middle-class people invest in two types of properties, an apartment or land and build a home over it either for rental or for self acquiring. The cost of apartments is manageable whereas the cost of land is touching the sky nowadays. To invest in a land in Bangalore in a good area, you have to pay a huge amount of money. But in the same amount people are getting the apartment and because of that people are opting for the Apartments.
I am actually not in favour of buying an apartment because the appreciation for apartments is not as high as the land. So the next type of people is buying lands in some outskirts of the city and building homes along with rental property so that they can earn rent as well as see their property appreciate. This is a good option because you will be getting a steady income as form or rents every month and along with that, your property value appreciates.
The people who have invested 10 years back in Bangalore in any real estate property, their investment value has almost doubled and that is the power of Investment in real estate. I know some stocks have given much more or incase of bitcoin the price has gone 10 times the investment, but here we are talking about diversification.
Each one of us cannot put all our money in one asset class, because if one goes down our whole portfolio will go down. So in my opinion having a diversified investment is the key and because of that, I have started looking out for plots to buy in Bangalore which is affordable and have a chance of increasing their value in the future.
Now investment in real estate does not require you to invest a huge amount, you can start investing a small amount through REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts), which is an entity created with the sole purpose of operating, owning or financing income in real estate properties. This is again an option to diversify your investment because in a way you are investing in real estate.
