We all do mistakes but some mistakes are costly. But in the case of handling the investment, we should minimize the mistakes as much as possible, because that mistake can make your $8000 investment absolute Zero. Yes, I am talking about yesterday's mistake (that's what I think) on the LEO token on the Hive engine where more than 52K LEO was dumped for less than 1 Hive.

So yes it's ok to make mistake but this kind of mistake when your investment is at stake should be avoided as much as possible. There might be numerous examples of mistakes where a lot of money has been gone to absolute zero. There are a lot of examples out here on Hive where we have seen the mistakes by individuals like Clicking on Scam Link, Sharing the Password, etc.
When we are dealing with money we should be extra cautious because that money is our Hard earned money and thus mistakes like these can shatter you in and out. For me $8000 is like half of my total crypto investment and if my mistake if I would have done this mistake, my half of the capital would be wiped out.
I am not talking about mistakes like bad investment strategy and having lost in your portfolio because that is learning and the money you will lose you can gain too by a good investment strategy. These mistakes are very costly and if you have a lot of money then I can understand that you can get that money back but even though the money loss is the money loss.
We can just speculate but we actually do not know the reason for the mistake or was it intention (this cannot be intention though), but the guys who have earned from this mistake are actually the lucky guys. I too was buying LEO in the range of 0.16-0.17 Hive but I was away when this happened and could not buy the tokens at cheap. But never the less I have been buying the LEO tokens and trying to reach the goal set for myself.
Now people might say that you are also making a mistake by buying a token because that can go to zero, yes it can but it is not a mistake. I am just diversifying my portfolio so that I can gain from it later because we all know that LEO has the potential of reaching a higher price.
