Irregular refuse dumping is already an established norm in this part of the world. Back then when people still had traces of fear in them, this act was usually committed during the dark but currently even in broadlight it is done as if it is part of the country's constitution.
The repercussions of these because visible during the rainy season leading to natural disasters like flood that could have been easily avoided if people just do the right thing. Dammnn
