Have ever looked up to the sky while your mind pounders on the one question you still can't prove if it is real or Not and that is - WHAT IF THERE'S LIFE IN ANOTHER PLANET.

From the moment humans achieved the capacity to leave earths orbit, limitless researches have been conducted to prove the existence of extraterrestrial life forms on other planets. Man's very first successful moon landing was the catalyst to everything because ones we realized that going to the moon was possible, the next thing was to move on to neighboring planets to satiet our curiosity. Till this very day no human has embarked on interplanetary travel but have sent substitute in its place. Robots and animal test subjects ranging from fruit flies to Monkeys with the intention of getting the necessary information that will prepare us for this groundbreaking accomplishment in the not so distant future.
Life has a sci-fi enthusiast groomed me to believe in the existence of aliens even though this theory is still subject to verification. As a boy I would constantly question people around about the subject with an already rigid believe about their certainty. The one planet that sticks out to me the most is Mars and till this very day I still wonder if these Martians celebrate Christmas as well馃ぃ馃ぃ.
I have always daydreamed about life on Mars and as a boy riding on a space ship on a one way trip to start over a new life with The little Green-Men was one of the top wishes on my bucket list but as I grew older, things changed. Right now if it happens that there really is life on Mars and the human race is given the opportunity to travel there permanently, I am certain I won't be hoping on the Space Wagon even though the boy in me still wants to.
Now I wouldn't mind going there for vacations if this opportunity doesn't come with a compulsory permanent residence condition upon any arrival which is strictly for the purpose of getting that first hand experience to the whole process and for the fun of it. Nevertheless even though the conditions align with my hopes, there are still a few things that will determine if my travels will be a constant event or just a one time glitch. There are a few questions this curios mind will be asking for safety purposes and these are:
- Is the air there breathable or do the visitors (earthlings) have to wear some sort of space suit while we move around on the planet just to prevent dying from asphyxiation (suffocation) as a result of lack of oxygen? Because even if people are extremely careful accidents still happen. I don't want to die from something that doesn't exist in my home world.
- What is the living condition of the humans and where will they live?. Will the humans have their distinct cities far from the natives or will they be completely integrated with the aliens ?. This is a very crucial question because their style of cohabitation will determine what the outcome of the next generation on that planet will be like. Will we be getting another case of the Egyptians and the Israeli from the Bible or a very structured society.
- And finally after getting feed back about the safety of the human race on the planet, I'll want to know the benefits attached to living on this new world.
If the answers to my question are satisfactory I might visit more often but relocating there permanently is still a Hell nah. One thing I've realized from the duration of my lifespan till date is that "No matter how much I complain about this planet, I really do love living on earth and don't want to leave home permanently for any reason". The fact that deep down in my heart there's still this nagging feeling that the invitation might just be a trap to lure us humans into the abyss is enough for me to make me skeptical about the whole thing. So no I will never relocate from Earth even though I know that the planet is ridiculed by countless problems.
