Setting up a VirtualEnv in Django is always the first step when creating a new Django project.
Virtual Environments allow us to set up a walled garden inside of our computer where we can install only what we want for our project.
It let's us install specific versions of Django (especially useful if you have an older website that you need to maintain), but it also allows us to easily install all sorts of other Python tools that our project will need.
