Hi fellow Hiveians,
Today we had a little fun to finish the weekend, haven’t done a lot with LEGO lately so I decided to change that!
Guided Freestyle
This weekend was a lot of fun for our son and I. We got to build some awesome shit that I will make an entirely other post for but doing that on Saturday, Sunday was a little lazy so we didn’t do a whole lot besides do some errands and what not. Once the errands were over it was play time!
So when we were playing with the LEGO I realized that we did so many weeks ago but I forgot to post it so I decided to include them in here! One of the cool things we got for the little mans birthday was a bunch of different type LEGO sets. We got some Mario ones and some toy story ones as well so with that there were lots of different ones to play with!
I don’t know why I like to build planes and space ships and stuff but I seem to do that often! This one was going to be a cool space ship with a big twist to it!
I saw the track from the toy story set and knew I was going to include that somewhere on the build. It seemed like a cool way to make a bit of a force field or something so that’s what I did! The giant head thing was also destined to be a part of the build somewhere lol it was a pretty funny looking captain!
These newer LEGO sets are great though. I wasn’t sure how I felt about the LEGO city stuff when I saw them coming out with them but now that we own a bunch of them these things are sweet! This one is destined to be a fire truck and a pretty damn cool one at that.
It didn’t take long for it to start coming together.
I think this truck is my favorite of the group. There’s a bunch of police ones and stuff but from the emergency vehicles, the fire trucks are pretty damn sweet!
Sadly the truck didn’t last more than a day but that’s okay it was a lot of fun building it and our son had a lot of fun driving it around before he demolished it lol. These things will hopefully be good to build again when he gets a bit older and isn’t so destructive. He takes his LEGO creations and drives them into walls to see them break apart lol kids
