A hundred percent man, I have told people close to me a number of things in the health department and my advice goes on deaf ears, while they continue to bitch and moan they feel like shit and have no energy. They had enough energy to suck down those french fries and pizza though, instead of making something healthier. At this point, I unfortunately have no sympathy in that department.
