Among the many unwritten and sometimes even unspoken rules on Hive is that you don't shill absolute garbage or the "other coin" (steem). Don't get me wrong, shitcoins are fun but there is a difference between having fun and joking around with crapcoins, and actually pedaling smelly poop coins that take themselves way too seriously and have next to zero chance of being worth anything other than being meme material.
I guess there is a growing list of those coins and among them is blurt- a clone of Hive that has no downvotes or value, lassecash - the favorite punching bag of themarkymark , BitcoinMyk Backed Dollars ( or I like to call it bitcoin backed bullshit ) - some dubious bitcoin wannabe; just to name a few examples. Of course, this "prestigious" list remains open to new entries and I'm sure there will be a lot more coins that will strive to get a spot there :P
