ICO Seele - #BC_SEELE

Seele is an upcoming ICO that aims solve the problems that current blockchain solutions have. Seele wants to become the 4th generation of blockchain.

They will achieve this by implementing the following:

1. Neural Consensus Algorithm
   The current algorithms are not scalable, secure, efficient.

• PoW handles scalability and security but lacks efficiency.
• PoS handles the issues with efficiency but fails on the scalability and security part.
• DPoS meets the requirements of scalability and efficiency but has insufficient security
• pBFT meets the requirements of security and power consumption but the overhead becomes too big when the nodes are too big.

Some of you might say what about Hashgraph? It does handle efficiency and scalability but does not meet the security requirement.

Solution

A neural consensus algorithm that will improve fault tolerance from 33% to 40% without performance loss compared to Byzantine Agreement Algorithm
