Sitting is similar to kneeling,

The hips sit on top of the feet.
And the word is the person sitting.

Sitting well.
So the word,

在这里，
我介绍中国独特的艺术“书法”，
使用中国专有的“毛笔”来进行书写。
“卩”是指人坐着。
古代的人，
坐姿类似于跪，
当人在坐着的时候，
屁股是坐在脚的上面的。
而这个字就是人在坐着的姿势。
代表着规矩，
人的自我约束，
坐的规规矩矩。
所以这个字，
后来有“节”的意思-节制自我。
