In these series of posts I will be comparing some tokens from steem-engine.com

The comparison will help me and my followers to understand where better to invest and spend time.

I'll do my best to make this objective.

Since I'm using only tokens with frond ends, I will talk only about them.

The comparison in this post will be related to the supply and the price.

Tokens I will compare are : #palnet , #steemleo , #creativecoin , #neoxian , #marlians , #int , #sct

I will not take the exact numbers, the comparison will be approximate.

PALcoin : the price - $0.10 , the supply - 15,2 millions.
LEO : the price - $0.02 , the supply - 4,2 millions.
CCC : the price - $0.006 , the supply - 100 millions.
NEOXAG : the price - $0.008 , the supply - 2.5 millions.
Marlians : the price - $0.04 , the supply - 320 thousands.
INT : the price - $0.004 , the supply - 1.5 millions.
SCT : the price - $0.357 , the supply - 1.7 mllions.

First of all, I notice that the more supply is, the lowest the price is. That's very clear with CCC especially. But as you see NEOXAG is very close to the price of CCC despite having much lower supply. And even INT is not that far from CCC, but still having much lower supply. So, the question is : Is the price related to the supply ? Seems, that's no.

But if we logically think, if we have a big number of somethings, it shouldn't be much cheaper to sell. But, it seems that doesn't work here.

As you see even PALcoin that's having the supply much more than the most, it's still the most expensive token among them. You may say, that's clear, because they have more people using it, but in the future I think, we can't be sure that will be the case all the time. Even now we have some tokens, much expensive than PAL and some of them even more in the price than steem.

For example in this case we can take SCTm the price is the highest one, but the supply is only 1.7 millions. I guess maybe there are more people using it ? Or could be that related to something else ?

There are by the way some tokens on the website that are very limitited and they have a really high price, but this post is not about that.

So, what do you think. Could the price be related to the supply of the token or any cryptocurrency ?

Can we invest based on the low supply ?

Or, maybe the cheapest the coin is, the best for us to invest in it to have a good profit after ?

Let's think about that together, share your thoughts in the comments.

I understand that the supply and the price is not that important and the most important is the value of the token and the team and what's the tribe bringing to the community, but I told you that this will be objective, just to undrstand if there is really a relation between the price and the supply or not.

Thanks for your attention. ☺
