It is interesting how denial, the lies we tell ourselves, gets woven into our truth. We create a toxic world for ourself through these lies that either become a unstoppable freight train or become some sort of negative self fulfilling prophecy.

I have told myself lies so long that the lie became my truth and my truth became a lie.
