Chapter 7
Jordan woke Sam up softly by kissing on the cheek and then on her lips Sam stretched and said, “Hi love!”
Jordan said, “about 10 to 6 o’clock and I wondered if you wanted to take a shower before we got dressed?”
Sam said, “sure, it will wake me up!” They both got up and got undressed and went in the shower. There was a shower head one held it while the one washed the other one's body. They finished and got dressed in their best attire. Then went downstairs and asked how far the restaurant they were going to was very far to walk. The clerk said, “right down the street it is in walking distance from here.”
Jordan said, “thank you.” They left out of the hotel, had plenty of time so, they walked slowly.
The maître d’ asked them their names and Jordan told him. “ Yes, the 7 o’clock reservation I see. Follow me.” Said the waiter would be here soon. The waiter showed up he asked her for a glass wine both said yes, they would. He asked, “and what would be ordering this evening?”
Jordan said, “I’d like to chicken Alfredo.
Sam said, “I would like the chicken Parmesan.”
The waiter said very nice and went to get their drinks. He came back to the bottle of wine and poured them each a small glass to taste. And they did and said that would be perfect. Thank you! The waiter said he would be back when their meal is ready. They said all right.
They drank their wine and talked about the trip so far.
Sam said, “this all has been wonderful. You're amazing!”
Jordan answered, “I do it because I love you so much!”
Their meal showed up, they said thank you to the waiter. They both said, “this looks great!” And they ate while they talked.
Sam said, “I would like to show you where I grew up we get back to the states.”
Jordan answered, “that would be nice I would love to see your place!”
Jordan said, “we are going to Rome next tomorrow, sound good?”
Sam answered,” sounds great!”
Jordan answered, “great!”
They finished their meal and wine and waved over the waiter. He came right away and they asked for the check said he would return with it came back and she paid in cash. Then they left the restaurant and strolled back to the Château. And went up to their room. Where they both put on their pyjamas and crawled into bed. They were both tired and decided to sleep tonight. Spoon each other and went to sleep.
Sam was the first to wake this time she got Jordan’s camera and took a picture of Jordan. Then she undressed, crawled back into bed and woke Jordan softly by kissing your cheek then her lips Jordan sat up and pulled off her shirt and shorts. They caressed each other and kissed each other.
Jordan asked,” what time is it?”
Sam answered, “about 9 o’clock.”
Jordan said, “good we have plenty of time for this and breakfast!” They made love till about 10 o’clock and took a quick shower washing each other off then got dressed for the day.
Jordan said, “we’ll be coming back today and staying here the rest the time unless you have somewhere you want to see?”
Sam answered, “no, I see you in this bed the whole time!” She grinned. That made Jordan laugh.
They called for breakfast to be brought up with coffee, cream and sugar. When it came, they ate heartily and drank 2 cups of coffee each and commented on how good it was. Then they went downstairs and out the front door where the car was waiting and they got in. The driver went on.
Jordan asked the driver, “it’s about two hours away right?”
The driver answered, “yes ma’am it is.”
They arrived about 130 and asked the driver to drop them off at the Coliseum and back here about 6 o’clock. Jordan gave him a tip and he said yes ma’am see you at 6 o’clock. They got out and waved goodbye. Jordan grabbed her camera and began taking pictures of the Coliseum and all around them. She asked somebody take their picture in front of the Coliseum and they did. Jordan and Sam said thanks. They walked around taking pictures of them and around them. Till about 3 o’clock
Sam asked,” you want to grab a glass of wine somewhere or bloody Mary?”
Jordan answered,” sure that sounds great!”
They found a little bistro with seating outside and sat down. The waiter came over and asked them for the drinks and they both ordered bloody Mary’s. Jordan, of course, asked for extra olives and celery on the side. The drinks came and they asked for the menu. The waiter left for a little bit then came back and asked if they wanted to order. Jordan ordered sausage with sauerkraut on white bun and Sam ordered roast beef with Swiss cheese lettuce and tomato and mayonnaise on a white bun. The waiter said thank you and left. Sipped on their drinks and watched people walk by.
Jordan said, “Time sure does slow down here, doesn’t it?”
Sam answered, “yes, it sure does!”
The waiter came back with their meal and they thanked him and he then asked if they wanted another drink both of them said yes thank you. He came back with their drinks a few minutes later. They said thanks again.
After they finished the waiter came over and asked for the check. He was back with it a couple minutes
They paid the waiter and tipped him. Then they left the bistro. Jordan asked Sam, “If there was anything else you want to see before they went back to the Coliseum?”
Sam answered, “no, I’ll I want to see as you in bed with me!” It made Jordan laugh and Sam laughed too.
Jordan added, “Oh when we get back to the Château you going to get your wish!”
Sam said, “You haven’t disappointed yet!” That they Jordan smiled and thanked her.
Sam answered, “You are welcome anytime love!”
Jordan said, “Now you know what that word does to me!”
Sam added, “I know what he does to you, why did you think I said it! Just like this!” Sam grabs for her thigh and got it. Always sends electricity through her body.
Jordan said, “oh, you just wait!”
They decided to start walking back to the Coliseum to wait for their driver. It took about 30 minutes and the driver was already there. Jordan tipped him and said thanks for coming back. They got in and they were on their way back to the Château.
Jordan called ahead to the Château and asked them if they would chill a bottle of champagne in their room and put it in there in about an hour. She said thank you. Hung up.
Sam asked,” we haven’t done a wine tasting yet can we do that tomorrow?”
Jordan asked, “driver can you pick us up around 12 o’clock tomorrow?”
Jordan turned to Sam grinning, “see there! It’s all set!”
And Sam kiss Jordan on the cheek and then the lips and said, “ Thank you for everything, for being my life, my love, my everything! Jordan said, “thank you for being my friend and lover and walking into my life!”
They both talked about how wonderful everything has been. Before they knew it, they were back at the Château. The driver got out and open the door and said, “thank you for using my service!”
Jordan asked, “you’re picking us up in a week right?”
The driver said, “yes but since it’s a whole week till I pick you guys up I thought I would say it now. I’m to arrive here 9 o’clock in the evening right?”
Jordan answered, “yes, 9 o’clock in the evening is good! And thank you for everything.”
Jordan and Sam said goodbye and see you in a week! Then they went inside and went upstairs to the room. Once they were there, Jordan jumped on the bed and lay down Sam open the champagne import two glasses and over to the bed and handed Jordan hers. Sam set her glass down and got on the bed too and then grabbed her drink. Then Jordan grabbed the menu started looking over it Sam leaned in to look too.
Sam asked, “what do you want for dinner?” She added, “see they have chicken Cordon Bleu that’s what I will order, how about you?
Jordan answered, “I think I’ll order chicken Alfredo again. I’ll share some of mine if you share some of yours?”
Sam answered, “deal!”
Jordan got on the phone and ordered their dinner to be brought up at six the bottle of wine and candles with matches. Then Jordan said thank you and this place is awesome. They showered and washed each other and caressed each other and then dried off and jumped into bed. They just played around with each other because dinner was coming soon. Sam got out of bed poured them another glass of champagne to Jordan hers then got on a robe. Threw Jordan hers Jordan got up put it on. Six o’clock came fast and there was a knock at the door. Jordan went and answered it was their food and the candles like they asked. The waiter said their meals are on the table along with the candles and lit them. Sam gave him a tip said thank you. He asked if there would be anything else? And they said no, thank you.
They turned off all the lights and open the shades to let a little light in. Then Jordan got her phone and put on Josh stone station on Pandora.
Sam said, “this is the most romantic dinner yet here!”
Jordan said,” I aim to please!”
They ate and drank their champagne till their plates were empty and the champagne too. Then they wanted to call home and they did on each device. They talked about how everything has been so wonderful. They asked how things are going back home. They said fine and hope they are having fun.
Jordan asked how Madison was doing at the gallery and her mom said,” She’s doing great!” Then Jordan asked as she was doing and her mom answered, “I’m feeling so much better, a lot more energy now!” Jordan said she was so glad. Sam was asking her parents the same thing and they were saying, “we’re doing fine, we miss you!” Sam said,” I miss you too! We will be home in a week. I’m bringing Jordan with me to your place couple weeks after we get back, is that okay?” Her parents said, “certainly that’s great!
Jordan’s mother added,” we’re going to do your artwork like crazy about to run out of the surplus for the gallery and the B&B!”
Jordan answered, “I’ll get started soon as I get home okay mom?”
Her mom answered, “sure, that will be fine!” She wishes them all well back home and said see you soon. Love you mom! Her mom said the same that she missed her. I miss you too mom. And hung up.
Then after Sam hung up and Jordan called down to have their trays picked up when they came and went, they both climbed into bed taking the ropes off first and they made love well into the night.
It was about 10 the next morning when they both started waking up and Jordan got on the phone for room service to bring coffee, cream and sugar. Came quickly and she tipped him. Then he left.
Chapter 8
The days flew by and soon it was time to go. They had their baggage packed and their carry-ons ready at the front door of the Château. Made friends with the staff was going to miss them. They went to check the room one last time make sure they were not leaving anything. They had their sweats on the airplane gets cold. They gave everybody there a hug and kiss on the cheek. The driver was waiting for them and he smiled, happy to see them again. They got their luggage, put it in the trunk and open the door for them. They got in wave goodbye to the newfound friends. Staying at the Château for a whole week did them a lot good they were able to regroup and just relax.
Jordan asked the driver, “how long does it take to get to the airport?”
He answered, “about 20 minutes so we’re making a good time to get you there”
Sam asked Jordan, “what time is our flight?”
Jordan answered, “1030!”
Sam asked, “why you so worried? The nighttime flights have the least amount of people trying to board.”
Jordan said,” I know I’ll relax honey.”
Sam said, “yeah, just relax love.” And gave her a kiss on the cheek.
They got to the airport on time with plenty to spare. Which it made Jordan happy. The driver took a luggage all the way up to check in shook both their hands and Jordan gave them a big tip and said have a safe flight home. Again, thank you for your service to me. Then they said goodbye. He left. There was only one person in line checking luggage in. They were next in line. As it was their turn put the big bag on the weight machine and paid the extra cost they were coming back with gifts for everybody. They took their carry-ons rolled through the detector machine and x-ray everything cleared as it should have. Jordan looked at her watch.
Jordan asked Sam,” last chance for a coffee from here.” They both got a coffee to go and went and sat at their gate. After they finished their coffee, they started boarding with first-class being last they gave their tickets person and then boarded to their seats. And the doors begin to close there wasn’t many on the flight. They had a stopover in Paris just for refuelling again then the next to the last stop Portland, Oregon and onto the charter plane home.
