We also should consider that users are adding to inflation by using the HBD to Hive conversion mechanism. This is an action the individual user can avoid doing to tamp down inflation, and it's important to spread the word on that too, I think. @ dalz has shown in his latest post that users collectively are close to adding more Hive through HBD conversions than the HBD stabilizer.
