Hi. Thank you for spending time reading some of my 'older' work (outside the 7-day voting window). It's great that they had a bit of life beyond the first week.

For "The Silent Grass," the final image came at the very end of the first draft. I had no idea I was working to that ending, but of course the grass was a third character throughout. And the analogy of leaves of grass to her legs didn't come until after I had the allusion to the poem.
