What makes an organization is a set of organs in it.
How functional the organs are defines the limit of effectiveness of that organization.
Organization cannot run except the organs are strong.
Just as the human body suffers a breakdown with failure of its organs, so an organization becomes non-existent when the organs are no longer functional.
When organs fail organization will shatter and crumble.
We must strengthen our organs to sustain the organization.
Organs must be well organized to sustain the organization.
