Last night we had dinner at Lievito 72, a pizzeria that has become a landmark in the city and most likely it is also the best. At the entrance there are some sofas where customers sit waiting for their table.

Lievito 72 has a very well furnished interior room, the wall next to us is made up of climbing plants that are really beautiful to see. The external hall faces the gallery which leads to the pizzeria but is always closed by large windows.

The table is well set and the cutlery is closed in an elegant wooden container, signed Lievito 72. The pizzas are rectangular and very large, well stuffed and perfumed. The pizza I ordered called Parmense and is stuffed with tomato sauce, mozzarella, stracciatella and Parma ham, with a basil leaf.

We ordered a chocolate soufflé, covered with chocolate and hazelnuts, very soft and delicious and a panettone loaf with the chantilly cream inside and the almonds lying on the dough. The chef also prepares excellent panettone and it is possible to admire them while they are cooled upside down.
