I recently ate at the Adriatic Restaurant, recommended by some friends and I was really satisfied. The restaurant deals with the preparation of excellent seafood dishes and the aroma at the entrance is remarkable.
The restaurant overlooks the Adriatic Sea and when there is a little breeze the scent of the salt reaches the table where we are sitting. The waiter was very kind to show us the menu of the day and also gave us some advice.
Raw seafood is the house specialty and here we ordered a mixture of mussels, clams, raw cuttlefish, seasoned only with lemon and a little oil. The taste is truly incredible, it almost seems to perceive the sensation of fresh Marino in the mouth.
We paired a bottle of white wine, always recommended by the waiter. The owner of the restaurant, sensing our passion for the sea, brought us two large lobsters that he would cook for the evening! Mythical!
