In the last few days, a very interesting topic has been discussed, which I have already covered superficially in the past: how users manage the HIVE obtained from the rewards of their posts. The average ease of earning HIVE involves two choices: accumulate HIVE, in the form of HP, or sell on exchanges to obtain other cryptocurrencies or FIAT.

I have often been told that the beauty of Hive is that everyone can freely choose what to do with the coins earned. Right, very right indeed. I care about the HIVE project because it has given me the opportunity to understand many things in the crypto world and I have also started to accumulate a small treasure and I also owe all this to the curators who constantly support me.

Here, however, the topic is to start rewarding those who decide to accumulate HP and consolidate the HIVE project rather than those who decide to liquidate everything on exchanges. From here, a discussion should also start on the curation work of the big whales, who support many users and a good part of them then liquidate the rewards.

Those who manage these accounts, in my opinion, should start reviewing the curation method to add new parameters for users to be eligible to vote. The discussion will continue on Hive and I hope that there will be a remodulation of the concept of author support, rewarding stakeholders rather than users who are constantly in Power Down

Negli ultimi giorni si sta discutendo di un tema molto interessante e di cui in passato ho già trattato in modo superficiale: come gli utenti gestiscono gli HIVE ottenuti dalle ricompense dei loro post. La media facilità di guadagnare HIVE comporta due scelte: accumulare HIVE, sotto forma di HP, oppure vendere su exchange per ottenere altre cryptovalute o FIAT.

Spesso mi è stato detto che la bellezza di Hive è quella che ognuno può liberamente scegliere cosa fare con le monete guadagnate. Giusto, anzi giustissimo. Io ho a cuore il progetto HIVE perché mi ha regalato la possibilità di comprendere molte cose nel mondo crypto ed inoltre ho iniziato ad accumulare un piccolo tesoretto e tutto ciò lo devo anche ai curators che mi supportano costantemente.

Qui però il tema è iniziare a premiare chi decide di accumulare HP e consolidare il progetto HIVE piuttosto che chi decide di liquidare tutto su exchange. Da qui, dovrebbe partire una discussione anche sull'opera di curation delle grandi balene, che supportano tanti utenti e buona parte di essi poi liquidano le ricompense.

Chi gestisce questi account, a mio giudizio, dovrebbe iniziare a rivedere il metodo di curation per aggiungere nuovi parametri affinché gli utenti siano eleggibili al voto. La discussione continuerà ancora su Hive e io spero che ci sia una rimodulazione del concetto di sostegno degli autori, premiando appunto gli stakeholders piuttosto che gli utenti che sono costantemente in Power Down
