Airports are where a traveler also wants to relax a bit before flying. If you have traveled a bit and are a little anxious like me, you will have gone to the airport well in advance and so, after checking in, I have some time left to visit the shops or for a break. Since the flight was in the morning, I preferred an abundant coalition at De Canto, a very nice and well structured restaurant-bar.
Definitely a nice glance at the wall with countless bottles of wine, an invitation to come in and relax a bit before departure. From breakfast to dinner, the very kind waiters welcome customers to sit down even for a cup of coffee. At this time it is full of croissants, croissants and sweets hovering in the restaurant, probably various first courses are displayed in the appropriate spaces.
The environment is really very welcoming, a large window allows you to see a part of the aircraft take-off runways and here my son is positioned waiting to see someone fly. A natural decoration has been installed along the high wall, probably to soothe the souls of travelers a little, in a decidedly artificial environment.
The croissants are really good, the pastry is slightly crunchy, as I like it, and the chocolate filling is abundant. My son chose the croissant without any topping and he definitely devoured it! The prices are a bit high compared to the average but it is clear that we are at the airport and here the prices are usually always higher, especially for food.
De Canto is a great restaurant in which to spend some time before departure, the large turnout of customers also shows how much it is appreciated. At least the quality of the cola is high. I am sure that the standard will be maintained for all the other lunch and dinner dishes. Amazing!
Gli aeroporti sono lunghi in cui un viaggiatore ha anche voglia di rilassarsi un po' prima di volare. Se avete viaggiato un po'e siete un po' ansiosi come me, vi sarete recati in aeroporto con largo anticipo e cosi, dopo aver fatto check-in, mi resta un po' di tempo per visitare i negozi oppure per una pausa pranzo. Poiché il volo era di mattina, io ho preferito una coalizione abbondante presso De Canto, un ristorante-bar davvero molto carino e ben strutturato.
Sicuramente un bel colpo d'occhio la parete con innumerevoli bottiglie di vino, un invito ad entrare e rilassarsi un po' prima della partenza. Dalla colazione alla cena, i camerieri gentilissimi accolgono i clienti a sedersi anche solo una tazza di caffè. A quest'ora il banco è pieno di cornetti, brioches e dolci vari, ma il profumo di cibo aleggiava nel ristorante, a breve probabilmente le prime pietanza sarebbero state esposte negli appositi spazi.
L'ambiente è davvero molto accogliente, una grande vetrata consente di vedere una parte delle piste di decollo degli aerei e qui mio figlio si è posizionato in attesa di vederne volare qualcuno. Lungo la parete alta è stato installato una decorazione naturale, probabilmente per rasserenare un po' gli animi dei viaggiatori, in un ambiente decisamente artificiale.
I cornetti sono davvero ottimi, la sfoglia è leggermente croccante, come piace a me, e il ripieno di cioccolato è abbondante. Mio figlio ha scelto il cornetto senza alcuna farcitura e lo ha decisamente divorato! I prezzi sono un po' alti rispetto alla media ma è chiaro che siamo in aeroporto e qui generalmente i prezzi sono sempre maggiorati, specialmente per il cibo.
De Canto è un gran bel ristorante in cui trascorrere un po' di tempo prima della partenza, la grande affluenza di clienti dimostra anche quanto sia apprezzato. La qualità almeno della cola è alta e sono certo che lo standard sarà mantenuto anche per tutti gli altri piatti del pranzo e cena. Amazing!
