We've had a brutally cold month during February here in most of Canada and I didn't do much outdoors. Some days couldn’t even take the dog out for a walk. Average temperatures of -20C and below.
March has proven to be much warmer so last Sunday we headed out to Canmore Nordic Centre to do some cross country skiing. The morning was a bit nippy but then we had excellent sunny weather with temperatures hitting +2C past noon. We actually worked up quite a sweat!
