Hace más de un año, realicé una publicación para contarles sobre la nueva experiencia de tener una mascota, lo cual fue toda una decisión, ya que sería un hijo y responsabilidad general, pesé al reto nos adaptamos como familia.
Luego de un tiempo aprendimos a compartir la experiencia de ver crecer a Bamsi y convertirse en un perro adulto, aunque les confieso que tiene un carácter un poco extraño, a veces es cariñoso y por momentos le dar por morder.
Ahora bien, una de las cosas a las que le tuve temor eran las garrapatas, ya que de forma particular pude apreciar el caso de una estudiante que fue víctima de la enfermedad que ellas trasmiten y estuvo al borde de la muerte, al tener a un perrito en el apartamento este sería un miedo a vencer.

After a while we learned to share the experience of watching Bamsi grow up and become an adult dog, although I confess that he has a bit of a strange character, sometimes he is affectionate and sometimes he likes to bite.
Now, one of the things that I was afraid of were ticks, since in a particular way I could appreciate the case of a student who was a victim of the disease that they transmit and was on the verge of death, having a puppy in the apartment this would be a fear to overcome.
Durante la estadía de Bamsi, henos superado muchos procesos y nos hemos acostumbrado a otros, pero mi pesadilla finalmente había llegado "Garrapatas" no dude en ningún momento y nos fuimos al veterinario allí lo vacunaron, bañaron y eliminaron de su pelaje todas las que tenía, nos fuimos a casa felices y muy perfumados.
Al principio pensé que estaban erradicadas, pero lo más triste de todo es que con la llegada de la lluvias el tema de las garrapatas se pondría peor, ya que, caminan por las paredes, me inquieta ver al perro rascarse tanto y aunque no tiene muchas, ya no encuentro que hacer, hemos tenido muchas visitas al doctor, lo afeitaron y aún así el problema persiste.
El tema de las garrapatas se ha extendido tanto tiempo,que siento he agotado todos los recursos para salir de ellas,tanta desesperación por erradicarlas me ha invitado a preguntar desde remedios caseros hasta médicos sin un resultado definitivo, porque cuando creo que por fin se han ido, regresan y se convierte en el cuento de nunca acabar.
During Bamsi's stay, we have overcome many processes and we got used to others, but my nightmare had finally arrived "Ticks" I did not hesitate at any time and we went to the vet where he was vaccinated, bathed and removed from his coat all the ticks he had, we went home happy and very perfumed.
At first I thought they were eradicated, but the saddest thing of all is that with the arrival of the rains the tick issue would get worse, since they walk on the walls, it worries me to see the dog scratching so much and although he does not have many, I can not find what to do, we have had many visits to the doctor, they shaved him and still the problem persists.
The issue of ticks has been going on for so long that I feel I have exhausted all the resources to get rid of them, so much desperation to eradicate them has invited me to ask from home remedies to doctors without a definitive result, because when I think they are finally gone, they come back and it becomes a never ending story.
Muchas personas me han recomendado desde vacunas, pastilla para envenenar la sangre del perro y que la misma tiene un largo período de duración luego de hacer efecto, también medicamentos tomados,collares antigarrapatas, lo cierto de todo, es que consultando con el veterinario tantas opciones,este solo me aconsejó tener calma, además de aceptar que este será un aspecto a manejar mientras el perro este con nosotros.
Del abanico de opciones el veterinario me dio como alternativa, la vacuna y producto para rociar al perro y dejárselo,es como una especie de fumigación que impide la proliferación y a su vez mata las que pueda tener el pelaje.
Estoy tratando de lidiar con este asunto y continuar buscando opciones que me den resultado, a fin de poder estar tranquila y sobre todo evitar que Bamsi se lastime de tanto rascarse,ya que por ser un perro albino su piel es sensible.
Mas adelante les contaré cómo me fue y la medicina que me funcionó con las garrapatas.

I am trying to deal with this issue and continue looking for options that give me results, in order to be calm and above all to avoid that Bamsi gets hurt from scratching so much, since being an albino dog his skin is sensitive.
