HOLA!💖 to all the moms of @motherhood in this opportunity I want to share with you a special post about the last one I wrote about "tantrums or tantrums". In it I mentioned the importance of managing emotions and so today I will indicate that they are emotions and give you an exercise to practice that management with our children.
The first thing that we as parents must know is the definition of emotion, I will tell you that these are simply feelings that are the product of organic reactions that we as individuals experience and that are also associated with the processes of adaptation.
FUENTE
Now then, constantly to the emotions of Rage, anger or annoyance of the adults we say to them "I went out of my mind" but to the children we say to them RABIETA, PATALETA, BERRINCHE, MALCRIADES, GAFEDAD, among other definitions but we have never sat down to reflect because the infants are not able to control those negative emotions that many times turn the maternity into an epicenter of tragedy and uncontrol.
Let's learn the following:
💡Los young children cry because they still cannot express their feelings in words.
💡El crying is a response to situations that the child cannot solve.
💡Todo crying has its cause, if the child cries we must understand the reason for his tears.
💡El crying should not be castrated because by doing so we cut off the emotion before managing it. In time the results will not be satisfactory.
💡Si crying becomes blackmail we must be twice as attentive to our child.
Once the point of the crying has been clarified, I tell you that the human being possesses 8 multiple intelligences:
🧠Musical.
🧠Lingüística verbal.
🧠Lógico math.
🧠Espacio visual.
🧠Naturalista.
🧠Cinética body.
🧠Interpersonal.
🧠Interpersonal.
Each one of them regulate our actions and define our essence, in this case the intra and interpersonal intelligence are prone to the emotional development of our children but it is necessary to train them so that they improve with time. I leave you an image to know the functions of each intelligence

Bearing in mind that crying does not occur by chance and that we possess 8 intelligences each with a direct function in our actions. I am going to talk briefly about the emotional one, which is nothing more than the capacity to control each one of our emotions, whether they are good or bad, and to assume them with responsibility, but now we have the million dollar question, how do I MOM do this if when my child cries everything goes out of control?
As your child grows older and watches adults name each emotion, solve problems without yelling and be empathetic, your child will learn by practice any good opportunities to test himself.
Here's how:🧩
MEET THE MONSTER OF COLORS
"The colored monster doesn't know what's wrong with him. He has made a mess of his emotions and now it is time to undo the mess. Will he be able to put in order the joy, the sadness, the anger, the fear and the calm" Anna Llenas._
This fabulous story teaches the children the different emotions, how we feel in each one of them, assigns a color to each one and at the same time demonstrates how to manage it to be better people.
Reading this story and then doing different activities for our children is a strategy that as a mother and teacher has worked for me, because it is incredible to see how in every situation of the daily routine we can use the colored monster as an element to regulate emotions I call this PLAYING LEARNING
Here are some activities I'd like to share with you:
