The Best of the Beanies, in no particular order - they were all so good!

Turning Tables in a Coffee Crisis by dreemsteem@dreemsteem

My ex-wife had always mocked me mercilessly for "coffee-snobbery". On travels, I brought a variety of beans, hand-grinder, and travel French press. Heading to the closet, I opened the door and was hit with the heavy scent of coffee! Three bags of the finest! Lifting each, weighing, and doing quick math, I planned to turn tables in my favor. Could it change my life? I was taking the chance!

Cinthya introduced herself as well and together they went inside to enjoy the commotion caused by the coffee. She found her mother crying in one of the corridors, coffee was the only thing that relieved her hangover and now she didn't even have a pill. Cinthya tried to hide her satisfaction, but seeing all those ridiculous women, without makeup, disheveled and with deep dark circles under their eyes; and the men wrinkled, disheveled and in a bad mood, caused her excitement.

No, dear. I have everything under control. Take your coffee easy. I know how much you enjoy it. I want you in your best mood so we can enjoy our vacation. Without your morning coffee, you turn into the mother of Throw Momma from the Train, and I don't want to feel like throwing you overboard.

The officer cannot believe his eyes as he climbs up to the highest part of the ship, he discovers that the entire roof is covered in civet feces with digested coffee beans when the ship was under repair in a shipyard in Southeast Asia, these animals used the shed as a toilet, creating an infinite supply of "kopi luwak" the most expensive coffee in the world, which would not only calm the angry pirates but would also make a lot of money.

-I've had enough. I'll get a coffee.
-Oh- the boy answers me immediately, with a little voice of regret - There isn't any. There is no coffee on the whole boat.

At the food bar, I ran into Lucifer and his detective girlfriend, and boy did they smell like hell, I think they were sweating sulfur from dancing so much.

Missing on board by dianelson@dianelson

I loved my coffee but I had never realized that it was such a vital part of people's day.
The Head Attendant assured everyone that they had sent word out and the issue would soon be rectified soon. No one was pacified by this.
People dragged their feet around. The woman from earlier walked around the ship stamping her feet like a petulant child and if I wasn't coffee deprived I would have laughed.

The crossing without coffee: the chaotic adventure that changed their lives on the cruise ship by fabian98@fabian98

What do a cruise, coffee and a robbery have in common? Well, as far-fetched as it may seem, mixing all this together results in an extremely wonderful story, and today I want to tell it to you from the beginning, because, although I was not there, I learned about it from a good and very reliable source.

The case of the disappearance of coffee at sea by chacald.dcymt@chacald.dcymt

Among the passengers on board there were disputes over the last traces of coffee. One man licked the neck of a lady wearing coffee perfume. The lady hit him on the head with an umbrella.
On deck some boys had a party because they found an antibacterial hand gel made from alcohol with coffee and vanilla essence. They pretended they were drinking scotch coffee while dancing.

"Honestly we shouldn't be doing this, but my supervisor is a godsend. What Frederick said is true, in theory there is no coffee, the passengers have consumed so much these days that they used up the stock ahead of schedule, I guess it has something to do with us breaking records for children on board." She joked. "But I know there must be a package hidden over here, my brother is a cook here and like your sister and sister-in-law he is a coffee addict."
