Music is a soul lifter; without the enjoyment that music provides, I would not be here. Music is used to pass messages to people with sweet melody and rhythm. I love music so much, and my favorite is African music because of the message and word of encouragement.

I grew up in a mix of elders that loved local music, and I became addicted to local music. I can't sit and listen to Western music for me. Western music doesn't give me the joy that I want in music; I need to hear the sound of my ogene (talking drums).

I am the type of person who loves Africa. I enjoy everything about Africa. Our African music is very entertaining. Our African music is full of wisdom, inspiration, and motivation.

I enjoy listening to this song during a cool evening with a bottle of wine in a cool bar.

The local instrument used in producing the music always gives me joy, and the sound of the ogene (talking drum) will always make me dance to the tune of the music.

Whenever I hear African music, there is this inner joy that I always have. I don't joke with African music.

I don't joke with lucky dube music. You see, this music has a way of making me happy, and when I am down, this song always lifts me.

As a full-African woman, I don't joke with African music. Western music is good, but I can't sit and listen to it.

I can never get tired of listening to my Africa song. There is this local instrument, and I love the melody that it produces. That is the main reason that makes me love music.

Thank you for stopping by my blog and for your comments and support.
