Changing things up a bit

Going from Curation to Delegation

Not long ago I got a message from Hive Watchers letting me know that circular voting was a bad thing but switching from a curation model to a delegation model was kind of a pain. I did it anyways so if you were to look at the primary GLD accounts you will notice:

• hiveabbyftp : Will be unstaking his HP and moving it to other accounts to delegate.
• tergan : Will also be unstaking HP and converting a portion to EDSI and moving the rest to other accounts to delegate with.
• terganftp : Will be keeping his HP staked so that the RC value stays low(ish) but will be delegating to @pakx

Why PAKX

Now there are a few different reasons why 7000 HP is being delegated to PAKX.

The reasons:

• I know one of the main people behind it @dlmmqb and I trust him to keep things honest
• I get PAKX tokens which are valuable by themselves but more importantly
• With enough PAKX tokens I have been told I can use the !PAKX command to upvote others content. Not entirely sure the details on that yet but when I have 200+ PAKX tokens I'll look into it further.
• PAKX tokens pay out a daily drop of HIVE... if you accumulate enough of them.

Working on a liquidity bot

I also started looking into a bot which will monitor the BUY wall on hive-engine for the GLD and the GLS token. I'm not overly worried about the GLD token as its bot is working as expected on hive-engine and on the dedicated sale website.

However, the GLS token is more worrying to me. Currently there is a buy wall of 1 HIVE for every GLS token at arms length from the creator. I just want to automate things so that there will always be a way for GLS holders to reliably liquidate their coin if they desire.

I haven't got it working yet, but I did spend an hour or so working on how to poll the hive-engine and see what the buy and sell walls look like.
