Mother Nature wreaked havoc in Dallas on Friday, forcing many flights to simply stay away from the airport until the weather cleared. Summer storms are beautiful and terrifying in their own unique ways.
Even though I was fatigued and frustrated with the delays, rebooking, and eventual super-cramped airplane rides, I couldn't help but smile.
Why?
Because I'm privileged to be able to travel, to spend time with loved ones, to see different parts of the world, and to change my perspective from meeting people from various backgrounds.
