Hello,
This is my first actifit post. Let me introduce my cat Howl.
Howl helped me out the best way cats can today. He made himself part of all of my meetings and then he let me take pictures of him.
I was able to get 5,000 steps in. Jump roping for ten minutes in the morning gave me a head start. Then it was just a few laps around the neighborhood.
