Yesterday didn’t go how I expected.
I started the day ready to work, ready to move, and then I got hit with a flat tire.
Not something small either. Full stop.
Once that happened, everything paused.
I called a tow truck, tried to find the tire size, went around checking spots… nobody had it.
At that point, I already knew the day was cooked.
So I took it to a friend’s spot and just left it there for the night.
I could’ve been frustrated.
Thinking about the money I wasn’t making, the time I was losing.
But honestly, there was nothing I could do in that moment.
So I didn’t fight it.
I walked to a Chinese food spot nearby, got some food, sat down, and just slowed everything down.
Beef noodles, dumplings, simple meal.
After that, I knocked out.
I slept around 6 PM, woke up a couple times in the middle of the night, then fully up at 7 AM.
Looking back, I think I needed that reset.
As soon as I woke up, I called the tow truck.
Usually it takes about an hour or more.
This time?
30 minutes.
By 7:35 they were already calling me.
That right there felt different. Like things were moving again.
Got the Tesla handled, got the new tire on.
$175 gone just like that.
No way around it. That’s part of the game.
The moment I got the car back, I didn’t waste time.
I grabbed the first order I saw and just started moving again.
No overthinking. No hesitation.
Just back to work.
Right now I’m already at:
$94.22
5 batches
about 3 hours active
And it’s not even 1:30 PM yet.
That’s a solid start.
Yeah, I’m still under because of the tire.
$175 out
$94 back so far
But I already made back more than half in just a few hours.
That’s how I look at it.
Not as a loss… just something I had to handle.
Before, something like this would’ve thrown me off for a couple days.
Now?
I just deal with it and keep going.
Yesterday I rested.
Today I’m moving.
That’s it.
Day’s not over yet.
If I stay consistent, I can still push this to $150 or even $200.
No chasing.
No forcing bad orders.
Just staying locked in.
Stuff happens.
Flat tires, expenses, slow days… it’s all part of this.
What matters is how fast you get back up and keep going.
Yesterday slowed me down.
Today I’m right back in it.
