Mine went through without a hitch.
It is an automated system so it will take a minute to manually review if there was a problem. My guess is it's a problem with the coms between them and Binance.

I've used this service a few times and never had any problems with it except for the first time and that was on my end not @swap2020 / @deepcrypto8's end and their customer service was great about walking me through the process.
