Update 6/10/21 19:26: If you were tagged please respond if your transaction with StealthEx was successful. I had a problem earlier so I wanted to check with other users who have sent them funds to see if its a one off situation or if they have larger problems that are not being addressed for Hive users.

I reached out to support for an update on an expected timeline for resolution from my issues addressed above. I was lucky because George was still there, 16 hour shift now, to dutifully work away at checking the status for me. After being gone for nearly 20 minutes looking for an update George came back to inform me that:

Unfortunately, our system is still overloaded and team is still working on solving this issue. I apologize for the service as this is unacceptable, but we are unable to issue a refund this instant. We will try to speed up the process, but I cannot give you an ETA on it.

I asked if all customer funds were still safe and how many people were being affected by this overload and was told:

The funds are safe, as they were not exchanged. And will be refunded, hopefully, within the next 12 hours.
We are unable to tell you how much users were affected by this, but you are not the only one.

I thanked George for his help and professionalism and ended the contact after that. I don't expect for him to find or give the answers I want so no need to waste our time there.

There's been a number of transactions sent to swap2020@swap2020 since their batch tx to Binance with my funds. I seen that ionomy@ionomy, punt@punt, chromiumone@chromiumone, lesser-evil@lesser-evil, cervisia@cervisia, juli22@juli22 and aboutcoolscience@aboutcoolscience have all made deposits though they only forwarded 1 of those to Binance and the rest are still sitting in swap2020@swap2020.
