So I bought this frame a few days ago from an American mechanic who resides in Nagano, Japan. He told me the frame belonged to a keirin rider who used it as his spare bike. One way or another it made its way to a Van Bryan as seen on the top tube and down tube stickers. Mr B then traded the bike with the guy who then sold it to me.
